Is Skinny Fashion On Its Way Out?
It seems that after a several years of adopting thin denims, jeggings, bodycon outfits, and many flexible and slim-fit outfits, we’re jointly outgrowing thin style and advancing in a more large sartorial route.
The symptoms have been all around us. The Walls Road Book expected the phasing-out of thin denims back in Oct 2014, when it ran a piece about the increasing reputation of roomier denims designs, such as the traditional Levi’s 501s and other “boyfriend” suits. Classic sets were identified on influencers during London Fashion Week that year, and the publication revealed that popular denims tastemakers like People of Humankind and City Outfitters’ City Restoration website were motivating broader ratios by offering new and vintage loose-fit offerings
